CATALYSADE signed a consultancy agreement with Bilkent University to support the commercialisation of its patent portfolio and broader innovation outputs.
Within the scope of the engagement, the Catalysade Commercialisation Assessment Framework™ (CCAF™) was applied, and a structured capacity-building programme was implemented with the Bilkent TTO IP Management and Commercialisation Unit.
The programme focused on equipping the team with systematic approaches to portfolio assessment, prioritisation, and decision-making, while also establishing a foundation for long-term, execution-oriented commercialisation efforts.
