The Forum hosted hundreds of leaders from quadruple_helix value_chain to discuss about how to maximize the value out of research & education in societal and economical terms and enable a sustainable innovation community with synergic interaction in Azerbaijan.
University_industry_collaboration, technology transfer, Intellectual_Property_Rights, legal_framework and incentives were the focal areas of discussion in the panels.
