The project aims to address key structural challenges in the region, including insufficient cold storage capacity, suboptimal storage conditions, limited competitiveness in pricing, and high processing and packaging costs for SMEs.
CATALYSADE, acting as a solution partner of GOPA, contributed by developing an integrated and innovative business model designed to ensure the sustainable and efficient operation of all facilities.
Within this scope, CATALYSADE led comprehensive analyses covering governance structure, problem–solution–market fit, market dynamics, competitive landscape, revenue model, operational and service design, human resources planning, marketing and commercialisation strategy, as well as financial and investment modelling.
In the second phase of the project, CATALYSADE also prepared the Sustainability Report for the facility, assessing its long-term environmental, economic, and operational viability.
